Terms of Service

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Hendly app and website, operated by 3Tech L.L.C-FZ. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Hendly is - and isn't

Hendly is an organizational tool for co-parents: shared calendars, expenses, messages and memories. It is not legal advice, mediation, or a court-appointed communication platform. Records you keep in Hendly may or may not be admissible in legal proceedings; consult your lawyer. Information in the app - including anything health-related - is for coordination between parents, not medical advice.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and a parent or guardian of the children in your family space.
  • You're responsible for what you post. Content you add is visible to the family members you invite.
  • Don't use Hendly to harass, stalk, or harm anyone - including your co-parent. We may suspend accounts used abusively.
  • Don't attempt to access another family's data or disrupt the service.

Your content

Your family's content belongs to you and your family, not to us. You grant us only the limited license needed to store, sync and deliver it to your family members. Sensitive content is end-to-end encrypted as described in our Privacy Notice.

Subscriptions

Hendly is offered as a single subscription per family that covers both parents and all kids, billed through the App Store. Prices are shown before purchase; subscriptions renew unless cancelled in your App Store settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Service and liability

We work hard to keep Hendly reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time (email hello@hendly.app). We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions? Get in touch.
